Green Compass™ Training Course - Navigating Towards Sustainability

Organisations are facing increasing pressure to address sustainability and climate change issues through business and operational decisions. However, many find it difficult to even take the first step, furthermore, to navigate through the white noise and determine which solution is best for them.

Green Compass™ is an environmental sustainability assessment and strategic road mapping tool designed for these organisations to navigate their environmental sustainability transformation. Organisations can participate in the Green Compass™ Course. The 16-hour course will take participants through a 4-step model: learn, assess, prioritise and plan.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Assess the environmentally sustainability performance of their organisation
Prioritise areas for improvement based on organisation’s finances and strategic goals
Develop a roadmap with stepwise improvement steps to achieve organisation’s sustainability goal

There will be assessments during the workshop which will require company-specific data to be prepared beforehand, more to be shared during the pre-workshop briefing by our trainers.

Session 3: Understand and Evaluate Assessment Results.
Session 4: Introduction to Prioritisation.
Session 5: Understand and Evaluate Prioritisation Results.
Session 6a: Brainstorming Improvement Ideas.
Session 6b: Develop Action Plan and Roadmap.
Session 7: Final Presentation of Action Plan to Senior Leadership.

Learn: Short introduction to environmental sustainability.

Assess: The organistaion's current level of environmental sustainability.

Prioritise: Areas for sustainability improvement.

Plan: The organistaion's roadmap to environmental sustainability transformation.

This course will cover your organisation's operations, product life cycle, supply network, and organisation by looking at your carbon usage, energy, water usage, material and waste.
