  • Use one of the following Flash Player-enabled browsers: Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Edge.
  • Follow the course from a location that guarantees the right setting for concentration: away from noise and possible interruptions.
  • Close all programs on your PC that can create distractions (email, chat, or other programs).
  • Mute your microphone and only activate it if you need to speak (eg to ask a question or engage in a debate).
  • If you intend to participate using a different email address from the one entered during registration, please let us know. Without the invitation email from the Academy team, it will not be possible to access the training room.
  • We recommend entering the course room at least 15 minutes before to check the connection.
  • Each participant must access the course using their PC, even in situations where multiple members from the same company are enrolled.
