Wet Gas and Multiphase Training Course
Multiphase flow measurement is a requirement of the oil and gas industry when oil, water and gas are flowing together in a single pipeline. Often the operator desires a flow measurement of each individual phase and does not have access to a separator, so a multiphase flow meter is required. Due to the complex nature of the flow within a multiphase pipeline the measurement of individual phases is technically challenging.
This course explains some of the theory behind multiphase flow and covers a range of technical approaches and commercially available metering technologies that can be used for multiphase and wet gas flow measurement. Delegates will leave this course with a basic understanding of the importance of multiphase flow together with the technologies available to measure the flow.
