- 設備須符合 ETSI EN 300 296 或其他等效國際標準
- 雖允許銷售此類設備，但最終用戶不得用於任何商業通訊服務

- 須依據設備數量與使用性質，每年繳納使用費，費用範圍為 200,000 至 500,000 伊拉克第納爾

Iraq: New Regulatory Framework for 446 MHz Band Use
On September 22, 2025, the Communications and Media Commission (CMC) of Iraq issued Decision No. 2025ق128, establishing updated rules for the use and technical parameters of the 446.0–446.2 MHz band (PMR446). The regulation takes immediate effect.

- Frequency Usage and Technical Limitations
- The band is divided into 16 channels with 12.5 kHz channel spacing
- Use is limited to short-range voice communication and digital signaling (e.g., CTCSS, DCS)
- Maximum transmission power is limited to 0.5W ERP
- Only integral antennas are allowed; external or modified antennas are strictly prohibited
- Usage Restrictions and Prohibition of Commercial Use
- Use is limited to personal, group, internal institutional, recreational, or sports-related purposes
- Providing communication services to third parties or using the devices for any form of paid service is strictly prohibited
