2025年9月25日，伊拉克通訊與媒體委員會（CMC）正式發布短距離無線設備（SRDs）與超寬頻（UWB）設備相關法規。
本次法規的一大亮點是開放 6 GHz 頻段（5945–6425 MHz）供Wi-Fi 6E 及 Wi-Fi 7 技術使用。

On September 25, 2025, the Communications and Media Commission (CMC) of Iraq officially published the new regulation for Short-Range Radio Devices (SRDs) and devices utilizing Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology.
A key highlight of this regulation is the opening of the 6 GHz frequency band (5945–6425 MHz) for use by Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 technologies.
