澳洲Australia：ACMA發布〈2025 年低干擾潛能設備類別執照〉

澳洲通訊暨媒體管理局（ACMA） 已於 2025 年 9 月 4 日 正式發布 《2025 年無線電通訊（低干擾潛能設備）類別執照》。

此執照旨在簡化多種低功率無線設備的頻譜使用流程。相較於以往需逐一申請個別許可，符合技術規範的設備可在既定條件下自由運作。此舉展現澳洲持續推動頻譜使用效率與監管透明化的政策方向。

主要更新內容

新版執照包括 新增頻段、更新用語 與 重新分類傳輸設備。主要更新如下：

• 在 520–694 MHz 頻段中，新增支援 多頻道無線音訊系統（WMAS）
• 開放 13.4–14 GHz 及 76–77 GHz 頻段供 無線電定位設備（radiodetermination devices） 使用
• 針對 6425–6585 MHz 頻段之 RLAN 傳輸設備 新增操作條件

這些修訂有助於因應新興無線技術的發展，同時維持頻譜使用效率與干擾控制。

本法規已於 2025 年 10 月 1 日 正式生效。

Australia: ACMA Issues 2025 Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) officially issued the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence 2025 on September 4, 2025.

This class license streamlines spectrum access for numerous low-power wireless devices. Rather than requiring individual licenses, compliant devices may now operate freely under designated technical and operational conditions. This development underscores Australia’s broader efforts to enhance spectrum efficiency and regulatory transparency.

Key Updates

The updated license introduces new frequency bands, revised terminology, and reorganized transmitter categories. Notable updates include:

• Addition of Wireless Multi-Channel Audio Systems (WMAS) operating in the 520–694 MHz frequency range.
• Authorization of radiodetermination devices in the 13.4–14 GHz and 76–77 GHz bands.
• Introduction of new operational conditions for RLAN transmitters in the 6425–6585 MHz band.

These revisions aim to support the adoption of emerging wireless technologies while preserving spectrum efficiency and minimizing interference.

This regulation took effect on October 1, 2025.
