百慕達Bermuda：無線設備須獲型式認證方可上市

百慕達的通訊主管機關（RA）於2025年9月19日發布公告，提醒進口商：凡屬電子通訊網路設備或含無線射頻（RF）功能的裝置，必須在進口、上市、銷售或使用前取得 RA 頒發的型式認證。

相關設備必須符合 FCC、ISED 或 ETSI 標準，且可使用相應的測試報告作為申請依據。

RA 並警告，如違反公告中所列要求，可能面臨罰款、行政處分，甚至設備銷毀。因此，RA 建議進口商審視目前及即將上市的產品組合，確保全面符合法規。

Bermuda: RF Devices Must Obtain Type Approval Before Market Entry

The Regulatory Authority (RA) of Bermuda issued a notice on September 19, 2025, to remind importers that any electronic communications network equipment or RF-enabled devices must obtain type approval from the RA prior to importation, marketing, sale, or operation within Bermuda.

Devices must comply with relevant FCC, ISED, or ETSI standards, and corresponding test reports may be used to support the type approval process.

The RA emphasizes that non-compliance may result in fines, penalties, or even destruction of the equipment. Importers are therefore strongly advised to review both current and upcoming product lines to ensure full regulatory compliance.
