南韓South Korea：KATS 修訂《家庭用品安全標準》運動頭盔安全要求

2025 年 8 月 1 日，韓國技術和標準局（KATS）發布了《關於實施安全確認的家庭用品安全標準的通知》修正案。

該修正案旨在修訂《電氣用品安全控制法》第 15（3）條中規定為安全確認項目的運動頭盔安全標準，以糾正對部分標準要求的誤解。

修正案內容包括：

• 解釋部分專業術語的定義
• 規定正確的型號劃分
• 明確標籤要求

本修正案將於 2026 年 2 月 1 日 起實施。

South Korea: KATS Amends Safety Standards for Household Goods: Sports Helmet Safety Requirements

On August 1, 2025, the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) issued an amendment to the Notice on the Safety Standards for Household Goods Subject to Safety Confirmation.

The amendment aims to revise the safety standards for sports helmets, which are designated as safety confirmation items under Article 15(3) of the Electrical Appliances Safety Control Act, in order to correct misinterpretations of certain standard requirements.

Key revisions include:

• Clarification of definitions for certain technical terms
• Specification of correct model classifications
• Establishment of labeling requirements.

The amendment will take effect on February 1, 2026.
