菲律賓Philippines：NTC 宣布 2G 與 3G 行動服務淘汰計畫

菲律賓國家電信委員會（NTC）於 2025 年 8 月 28 日 發布 第 003-09-2025 號備忘錄通告，此舉源自同月舉行的公開諮詢。

• 3G 服務：將於 2026 年 12 月 31 日前全面關閉。
• 2G 服務：同樣規劃淘汰，但時間表不同。NTC 將另行發布針對 2G/3G 手機設備退場的指引。

Philippines: NTC Announces Phase-out of 2G and 3G Services

The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines released Memorandum Circular No. 003-09-2025 on August 28, 2025, following a public consultation earlier that month.

• 3G services: To be completely shut down by December 31, 2026.
• 2G services: Also scheduled for decommissioning, but on a different timeline. NTC will issue a separate guideline for the phase-out of 2G/3G-capable mobile devices.
