台灣Taiwan：調整空氣清淨機與電飯鍋能效標籤規定

2025年5月27日，台灣經濟部（MOEA）發布公告，針對下列項目進行修正：

• 空氣清淨機最低能源效率標準、能效分級標籤及檢驗要求；
• 電子鍋最低能源效率標準、能效分級標籤及檢驗要求。

此次公告重點在於調整空氣清淨機與電子鍋的標籤規定，以反映監管機關由「經濟部能源局」更名為「經濟部能源管理局」。

值得注意的是，此次修正不會影響既有的能效標準或能耗限制。

新舊能效標籤的過渡期為一年，在此期間，舊標籤仍可合法使用至 2026年5月27日。

Taiwan: Updates Energy Efficiency Labeling for Air Purifiers and Rice Cookers

On May 27, 2025, Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) issued an announcement revising the following:

• Minimum energy efficiency standards, energy labeling, and testing requirements for air purifiers
• Minimum energy efficiency standards, energy labeling, and testing requirements for rice cookers

The revisions mainly involve changes to the energy labeling requirements for both product categories, to reflect the regulatory authority transition from the “Bureau of Energy” to the newly established “Bureau of Energy Administration.”

Importantly, this update does not change any existing energy consumption limits or performance thresholds.

A one-year transition period for the new and old energy labels will apply. Use of the old labels will be allowed until May 27, 2026.
