台灣：BSMI發布2024年第11330024260號公告

2024年12月20日，經濟部標準檢驗局（BSMI）發佈2024年第11330024260號公告，將家用固定式鋰電池儲存裝置及電力轉換系統納入強制檢驗及產品使用標誌產品清單。

除了新的標記指南外，還提出了具體的檢驗標準。並且規定測試和檢查應由認可的實驗室進行。

限用物質應列在本體、包裝、標籤或說明書上，且標記應位於產品本體的明顯位置。如果限用物質的含量在網頁上公開，則應在本體、包裝、標籤或使用說明書上明確記錄 URL。

限制物質參考值基於 Pb（鉛）、Cd（鎘）、Hg（汞）、Cr+6（六價鉻）、PBB（多溴碳酸氫鹽）和 PBDE（多溴二苯醚）的 RoHS 合規性。

該公告已於2024年12月20日起實施。

On December 20, 2024, the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs issued Announcement No. 11330024260 of 2024, adding household stationary lithium battery storage devices and power conversion systems to the list of products subject to mandatory inspection and product marking requirements.

In addition to the new marking guidelines, specific inspection standards were introduced, and it was stipulated that testing and inspection must be conducted by accredited laboratories.

Restricted substances must be listed on the product body, packaging, labels, or instruction manuals, and the markings should be placed in a prominent position on the product itself. If the content of restricted substances is disclosed online, the URL must be clearly indicated on the product body, packaging, label, or user manual.

The reference values for restricted substances are based on RoHS compliance for Pb (Lead), Cd (Cadmium), Hg (Mercury), Cr+6 (Hexavalent Chromium), PBB (Polybrominated Biphenyls), and PBDE (Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers).
