泰國：TISI發布TIS 62841-3(5)可攜式帶鋸機器安全標準
泰國工業標準協會（TISI）於2025年2月7日發布公告，正式制定工業標準TIS 62841-3(5)《電動手持工具、可移動工具及草坪與園藝機械安全標準－第3-5部分：可移動帶鋸的特殊要求》。
本新標準涵蓋以下內容：
- 總則、適用範圍、參考文獻、術語與定義
- 一般要求與試驗條件
- 輻射、毒性及類似危害事項
- 裝置分類、標示與使用說明
- 接觸帶電部件的防護及啟動控制
- 功率輸入、電流與加熱測試
- 耐熱、耐燃、耐濕及防鏽性能要求
- 過載保護、耐久性及異常操作條件測試
- 機械危害防護與結構強度設計
- 結構設計、內部配線及零組件要求
- 電源連接、外部軟線及接地措施
- 螺絲與連接件規範
- 爬電距離、電氣間隙與絕緣距離要求
- 附件規範及參考書目
本標準已自2025年2月8日起正式生效。
Thailand: TISI Publishes TIS 62841-3(5) Safety Standard for Portable Band Saws
On February 7, 2025, the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) announced the establishment of the industrial standard TIS 62841-3(5), Safety of Hand-Held Motor-Operated Electric Tools, Transportable Tools and Lawn and Garden Machinery – Part 3-5: Particular Requirements for Transportable Band Saws.
The key contents of the new standard include:
- General provisions, scope, references, terminology and definitions
- General requirements and test conditions
- Radiation, toxicity, and similar hazards
- Classification, marking, and instructions
- Protection against access to live parts and starting mechanisms
- Power input, current, and heating tests
- Resistance to heat, fire, moisture, and corrosion
- Overload protection, durability, and abnormal operation tests
- Mechanical hazard protection and structural strength
- Structure design, internal wiring, and component requirements
- Power connections, external flexible cables, and grounding measures
- Requirements for screws and connections
- Clearance, creepage distances, and insulation distances
- Specifications for accessories and bibliography
This standard has been in effect since February 8, 2025.
