泰國：NBTC 新申請文件要求

泰國國家廣播和電信委員會（NBTC）於2025年2月3日發布新的申請文件要求。自公告日起，Class A和Class B認證的申請者須提供以下任一文件，以證明其為該產品的責任方：

• 商標或品牌所有權證明文件
• 證明申請人為海外製造商授權經銷商或代表的文件

Thailand: NBTC New Application Document Requirements

On February 3, 2025, National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) announced new document requirements for applications. From the date of the announcement, applicants for Class A and Class B certification must submit one of the following documents to prove their responsibility for the product:

• Proof of trademark or brand ownership
• Documentation verifying that the applicant is an authorized distributor or representative of the overseas manufacturer
