烏拉圭：烏拉圭工業、能源及礦業部發布決議，將部分LED燈納入國家能源效率標籤系統（SNEEE）

2025年2月7日，烏拉圭工業、能源及礦業部（MIEM）發布決議，將部分LED燈具納入國家能源效率標籤系統（SNEEE）。

本決議修正了2024年6月關於LED燈具能源效率標籤的既有MIEM決議。

本次修正案規定，實施比較式能源效益標籤與正面標籤，以提醒用戶相關燈具的高能耗特性。

標籤設計規範已於標準UNIT 1159:2024中列出，並於本部長決議所附之合格評定程序中提供更詳細的規範說明。

本決議適用於符合下列標準的各類一般照明用燈具：

• 以230V、50Hz交流電運作
• 非管狀LED燈（燈頭型式：B15d、B22d、E11、E12、E14、E17、E26、E27、E40、G4、G9、GU10、GZ10、GX53、GX5.3或GU5.3）
• 雙頭管狀LED燈（俗稱「LED燈管」，燈頭型式：G5或G13）
• 白熾燈（含傳統白熾燈及鹵素燈，燈頭型式同上）

強制符合本規定的期限將分為四個階段推動：

• 第1階段（2025年7月5日）：E14、E27型燈具、第1組燈具、光通量不超過2500流明（含）之燈具，以及白熾燈（傳統白熾燈與鹵素燈）
• 第2階段（2026年3月1日）：GX5.3、GU5.3、GU10、GZ10型燈具、第2組燈具、光通量不超過2500流明（含）之燈具
• 第3階段（2026年7月5日）：G5、G13型燈具、第4組燈具
• 第4階段（待定）：涵蓋本規範內其他類型之燈具

本決議自2025年2月7日起正式生效。

Uruguay: MIEM Issues Resolution to Include Certain LED Lamps in the National Energy Efficiency Labeling System (SNEEE)

On February 7, 2025, the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining (MIEM) of Uruguay issued a resolution to incorporate certain LED lamps into the National Energy Efficiency Labeling System (SNEEE).

This resolution amends the previous MIEM decision issued in June 2024 regarding the energy efficiency labeling of LED lamps.

The resolution mandates the implementation of comparative energy efficiency labels and front labels to inform users about the high energy consumption characteristics of these lighting products.

The design specifications for these two types of labels are outlined in the UNIT 1159:2024 standard and further detailed in the conformity assessment procedure annexed to the ministerial resolution.

This resolution applies to all types of general-purpose lighting products that meet the following criteria:

• Operate at 230V and 50Hz AC
• Non-tubular LED lamps with base types: B15d, B22d, E11, E12, E14, E17, E26, E27, E40, G4, G9, GU10, GZ10, GX53, GX5.3, or GU5.3
• Double-capped tubular LED lamps (commonly referred to as "LED tubes") with base types: G5 or G13
• Incandescent lamps (traditional or halogen) with base types as listed above

The enforcement of the established requirements will be implemented in four stages:

• Stage 1 (July 5, 2025): E14 and E27 lamps; Group 1 lamps; lamps with luminous flux not exceeding 2500 lm (inclusive); incandescent lamps (traditional and halogen types)
• Stage 2 (March 1, 2026): GX5.3, GU5.3, GU10, or GZ10 lamps; Group 2 lamps; lamps with luminous flux not exceeding 2500 lm (inclusive)
• Stage 3 (July 5, 2026): G5 and G13 lamps; Group 4 lamps
• Stage 4 (To be determined): All other lamps covered by this regulation

This resolution has been effective since February 7, 2025.
