烏拉圭：發布更新空調和熱泵能效標籤技術法規的決議
2025年1月7日，烏拉圭工業、能源和礦業部頒佈2025年MIEM S/N號決議，批准了空調和熱泵能效標籤技術法規更新指南。
主要更新內容如下：
- 2023 年 1 月 10 日 MIEM 決議第 1 段中規定的合格評定將繼續根據 UNIT 1170:2009 標準進行，直至工業、能源和礦業部另有規定（且不得早於 2027 年 7 月 1 日） ）
- 在本決議獲得批准後 18 個月內，將公佈技術法規草案以供公眾諮詢；
- 家用或類似用途空調機組和熱泵的進口公司應及時向國家能源局提供2009年第429號法令第8條規定的詳細資訊，以便更新銷售監測資料，即：當地市場每半年提供一次有關此類法規所涵蓋設備的估計數量的資訊，按類型和效率等級分類。
該決議已於2025年1月7日起生效。
Uruguay: Published Resolution on Updating Technical Regulations for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps
On January 7, 2025, the Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Mining (MIEM) of Uruguay issued Resolution No. 2025 MIEM S/N, approving the updated guidelines for the technical regulations on energy efficiency labeling for air conditioners and heat pumps.
The main updates are as follows:
- The conformity assessment specified in Paragraph 1 of the MIEM Resolution dated January 10, 2023, will continue to be conducted according to UNIT 1170:2009 standards until further notice from the Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Mining (and no earlier than July 1, 2027)
- A draft of the technical regulations will be published for public consultation within 18 months of the approval of this resolution.
- Importing companies of household or similar-use air conditioning units and heat pumps must promptly provide the National Energy Directorate with detailed information as stipulated in Article 8 of Decree No. 429 of 2009. This is to update sales monitoring data, requiring information on the estimated number of such equipment placed on the local market every six months, categorized by type and efficiency level.
This resolution has been in effect since January 7, 2025.
