馬來西亞：馬來西亞能源委員會（ST）發布2024年《能效與節能法案》用能產品指南

馬來西亞能源委員會（ST）於2025年1月1日發布了《2024年能效與節能法案》用能產品指南。

本指南旨在明確規範以下內容：

• 受管制產品範圍
• 能效標準及測試方法
• 最低能源性能標準（MEPS）
• 各類用能產品的能效等級表及其計算方法
• 能效等級計算方式
• 能源效率標籤的要求及規範

受管制產品項目包括：

電視機、家用電風扇、冰箱、燈具、空調、洗衣機、電飯鍋、微波爐、冰櫃及電烤箱等。

本指南已自2025年1月1日起正式生效。

Malaysia: Malaysia Energy Commission (ST) Issues 2024 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act Guidelines for Energy-Using Products

On January 1, 2025, the Malaysia Energy Commission (ST) issued the 2024 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act Guidelines for Energy-Using Products.

The purpose of the guidelines is to clarify the following:

• Regulated products
• Energy efficiency standards and testing methods
• Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS)
• Energy efficiency rating tables and calculation methods for each energy-using product
• Methods for calculating energy efficiency ratings
• Requirements and specifications for energy efficiency labeling

The regulated products include:

Televisions, household fans, refrigerators, lighting products, air conditioners, washing machines, rice cookers, microwave ovens, freezers, and electric ovens.

The guidelines have been effective since January 1, 2025.
