日本：MIC修訂〈無線電法〉 擴大實驗用無線設備的管控範圍

2025年1月21日，日本總務省（MIC）發布了對《無線電法》（1950年第14號令）的修正案。
此次修正旨在擴大受《無線電法》（1950年第131號法律）第4-2條規範的實驗用無線設備的管理範圍。

根據《無線電法》第4-2條第2款及第3款規定，用於實驗的無線設備，即使未經認證且無合格標誌，只要符合《無線電法》規定的技術標準，在向日本總務省提交通知後，最長可於日本境內使用180天。

該修正案自2025年1月21日起正式生效。

Japan: MIC Expands Regulations on Experimental Radio Equipment Under Amended Radio Act

On January 21, 2025, Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) issued an amendment to the Radio Act (Order No. 14 of 1950).

This amendment aims to expand the regulatory scope of experimental radio equipment as defined under Article 4-2 of the Radio Act (Act No. 131 of 1950).

According to Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 4-2, experimental radio equipment that complies with the technical standards of the Radio Act may be used in Japan for up to 180 days, even without certification or a conformity mark, provided that notification is submitted to MIC.

The amendment officially came into effect on January 21, 2025.
