日本：MIC更新了國家頻段分配計畫
2024年12月16日，日本總務省（MIC）更新了國家頻段分配計畫，同時廢止2020年第411號公告頒佈的頻率分配表規劃。
主要更新內容如下：
- HIBS 頻率識別（1710 MHz 至 1885 MHz）
- 航空移動衛星業務的新劃分（117.975 MHz至137 MHz）
- GMDSS 現代化（引入 ACS、NAVDAT 和 AIS-SART）（1.6 GHz 頻段）
- 地球探測衛星業務（活動）的新分配 （40 MHz 至 50 MHz）
- 審查地球探測衛星業務（無源）的現有劃分和新劃分（235 MHz至238 GHz、239.2 MHz至242.2 GHz和244.2 MHz至247.2 GHz）
- 衛星間業務的新劃分（18.1 GHz至18.6 GHz、18.8 GHz至20.2 GHz和27.5 GHz至30.0 GHz）
新版頻率分配表已於2025年1月1日起實施。
Japan: MIC updated National Frequency Allocation Plan
On December 16, 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) of Japan updated the National Frequency Allocation Plan and simultaneously repealed the frequency allocation table established by Announcement No. 411 of 2020.
The main updates are as follows:
- HIBS Frequency Identification (1710 MHz to 1885 MHz)
- New Allocation for Aeronautical Mobile-Satellite Services (117.975 MHz to 137 MHz)
- Modernization of GMDSS (Introduction of ACS, NAVDAT, and AIS-SART) (1.6 GHz band)
- New Allocation for Earth Exploration-Satellite Services (Active) (40 MHz to 50 MHz)
- Review and New Allocation for Earth Exploration-Satellite Services (Passive) (235 MHz to 238 GHz, 239.2 MHz to 242.2 GHz, and 244.2 MHz to 247.2 GHz)
- New Allocation for Inter-Satellite Services (18.1 GHz to 18.6 GHz, 18.8 GHz to 20.2 GHz, and 27.5 GHz to 30.0 GHz)
The new frequency allocation table has been in effect since January 1, 2025.
