Now, TÜV SÜD Rail is strengthening its international presence: In December 2015, TÜV SÜD signed a framework agreement with CRRC Changchun in Changchun, China.

CRRC Changchun is a professional R&D and railway vehicle manufacturing enterprise. They focus on the development, production and maintenance of high-speed EMU, mainline passenger vehicles, urban mass transit vehicles and other railway products.
