Implementing SQF Systems Course
The implementation of an SQF management system addresses a buyer’s food safety requirements and provides the solution for businesses supplying local and global food markets. This training course has been developed to cover requirements for food supply chain operations.
Participants in this training will:
- Improve or align existing food safety programs to reflect the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code.
- Understand the interconnectedness of the SQF programs and how each contributes to an SQF system supported by a culture of food safety.
- Outline actions to ensure the success of the SQF food safety system.
This course is a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) recognized program offered through TÜV SÜD as an "SQFI Official Training Center" accredited by SQFI.

This training course is designed for those individuals, such as SQF practitioners, responsible for developing, aligning, verifying, maintaining, and otherwise supporting the site’s SQF food safety system and its culture of food safety:

The SQF (Safe Quality Food = Safe Quality Food) standard is a food safety and quality management standard designed to cover not only food processing but also all areas of the food chain, from farm to distribution. This standard consists of a food safety and quality management system based on HACCP, and is widely used internationally as one of the standards approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
TÜV SÜD, as an SQF Training Center authorized by SQFI, the governing body of the SQF standard, offers the "SQF System Implementation Training Course" based on the SQF food safety standard. (Training based on SQF quality standards is also offered separately.)

Instructor-led in a virtual classroom instruction offered by SQF-licensed training center.
The instructor for this training course is a SQFI Registered Trainer.
This course will be explained in an easy-to-understand manner by experienced professional instructors using SQFI's official training materials. With a focus on continuous improvement, practical activities provide attendees with the opportunity to align their existing programs with the SQF Food Safety Code and build an environment where food safety is a top priority.
Participants in this training course will receive a Certificate of Attendance from TÜV SÜD Academy.
This training course does not include exams. Please note that the SQF exam is not included in the course fee and must be purchased separately. This is an optional test, which many companies require of their Practitioner, but anyone may take it. Participants who wish to become certified must register and pay for the exam directly through the SQF Institute. If you would like to take it, you can take the exam online on the SQFI website. You may register online at SQFI.com for $75. A Spanish version of the exam is also available.

Important:
This course includes a workshop on the operation of the SQF system, so participants need to get a copy of the course materials in advance
You will need to download the SQF code relevant to your business from the SQFI website and read it to ensure that you understand it.
You will also be asked to bring your SQF code with you on the day of the training.
It is not included in the set of materials distributed by our company.
Participants should have already successfully completed an HACCP training course meeting the definition found in the Glossary of the SQF Food Safety Code.
