This intensive three‑day auditor training program provides participants with the practical knowledge and skills needed to conduct effective audits of environmental and occupational health & safety management systems. The course integrates the key requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, offering a unified understanding of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) within modern organizations. Through instructor‑led sessions, learners gain a solid foundation in the structure, intent, and implementation of both standards.
A major focus of the program is the application of ISO 19011:2018 — the internationally recognized guideline for auditing management systems. Participants will explore the full audit cycle, from planning and preparation to execution, reporting, and follow‑up. Using presentations, case studies, and practical exercises, learners will develop the competencies required to perform audits that drive real organizational improvement. The course places particular emphasis on the process approach, risk‑based thinking, and deriving value from internal audits rather than treating them as routine compliance tasks.
Hands‑on exercises guide participants through constructing audit checklists, conducting interview‑based verification, identifying nonconformities, and writing clear and actionable audit findings. Sample scenarios and realistic documentation allow learners to practice audit methodologies used across industries. Whether new to auditing or seeking to expand existing experience, participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply in their own organizations.
