Can a client reschedule a paid training?

  • Yes, rescheduling of the same training title is permitted, but it must be requested at least 14 days prior to the confirmed training date. You are allowed to reschedule once within a period of 3 months. However, after that, rescheduling or refunds will not be possible.

Can I replace an already selected paid training?

  • You may request a replacement training title 1 month before the start date of your original paid training. If the new training title requested has a higher cost, the difference in the excess amount must be paid before the commencement of the new training date. Please note that no refunds will be provided for training titles that are of lesser value than the original payment. The replacement must be arranged within 3 months from the date of the initial payment for the training title.

Can a client withdraw/cancel a paid training and get a refund?

  • If the cancellation is communicated to us by email within 14 days before the confirmed training date, no refund will be provided for the training.
  • If the cancellation is communicated to us by email more than 14 days before the confirmed training date, a refund of 50% of the total fee paid will be issued.

How do I withdraw/cancel a paid training?

  • The cancellation/withdrawal request must be done by email with valid reasons and acknowledgement from TÜV SÜD PSB prior to commencement of the training at [email protected] mentioning the below details:

Can I replace a participant for a confirmed training?

  • Yes, you may do so prior to the commencement of the confirmed training date as long as no prerequisite is required of the training. However, no substitute can attend the training if the initial participant has already attended it partially.

Postponements and Cancellations of trainings by TÜV SÜD PSB

  • TÜV SÜD PSB reserves the right to change or cancel the training programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The client can opt to be reimbursed fully or opt to reschedule and enrol for the next available training date.
