Rescheduling, Withdrawal and Refunds

Classroom Training/Virtual Training

Rescheduling – Subject to our approval, the Customer may reschedule the course only once within three (3) months before the date of course commencement date. Beyond this, further rescheduling will not be allowed, and no refund will be paid in such case.  The Academy will not accept or approve any request for rescheduling fourteen (14) days prior to the course commencement date. In respect of any rescheduled training courses, please note we will not provide any refunds for any adjustments of fees.

Withdrawal Request – The Customer shall send his/her request for withdrawal (with valid reasons) by e-mail to our customer service support at [email protected] with the following details below:

The Academy will not accept or approve any request for withdrawal fourteen (14) days prior to the course commencement date.

You may request a replacement training title 1 month before the start date of your original paid training. If the new training title requested has a higher cost, the difference in the excess amount must be paid before the commencement of the new training date. Please note that no refunds will be provided for training titles that are of lesser value than the original payment. The replacement must be arranged within 3 months from the date of the initial payment for the training title.

If the withdrawal is communicated to us by email within 14 days before the confirmed training date, no refund will be provided for the training.

If the withdrawal is communicated to us by email more than 14 days before the confirmed training date, a refund of 50% of the total fee paid will be issued.

·         After Payment of Course Fees – Rescheduling of the same training title is permitted, but it must be requested at least 14 days prior to the confirmed training date. You are allowed to reschedule once within a period of 3 months. However, after that, rescheduling or refunds will not be possible.

Other Policies – The withdrawal/cancellation policies mentioned in relation to E-Learning or any other services are not applicable to TUV SUD’s Classroom Training / VILT.

Amendments to Policy – The Academy reserves the right to modify/ amend/ replace the above provisions at any time, as it deems fit, without any prior notice to the Customer.

 

Withdrawal and Refunds

E-Learning

The Customer should raise refund request within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase of course. The refund will not be provided if the participant has accessed the content or logged into the Academy E-store. Any refund request beyond 14 (fourteen) days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

The Academy reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 (thirty) days after the refund request is approved by the Academy.

Effect of Withdrawal

If the Customer withdraws from the contract within the stipulated period, the Academy will refund all payments received from the Customer within reasonable time and in any event not later than 30 (thirty) days from the day on which the Academy receives the Customer’s notice to withdraw from the contract. Any such refunds shall be made by the same method of payment the Customer used for the original transaction, the Academy will not be charging any fees for this reimbursement. If there is any change in the account details, the Customer must convey it to the Academy in writing. The Academy shall not be responsible for credit to any wrong account due to wrong information furnished by the Customer. If the Customer does not receive the refund within the time prescribed herein, then the Customer can write to the Academy at [email protected].
