Who is eligible?
Eligibility is determined based on specific programme criteria. Please contact your TÜV SÜD account manager to confirm your eligibility and available anniversary credits.
What is excluded?
For Academy Services, anniversary credits can be applied to all courses. For Management System Certification and Cybersecurity Services, credits apply only to selected services. Please contact your account manager for details on eligible services and exclusions.
How does the anniversary credit programme work?
Eligible organisations may receive anniversary credits that can be applied towards qualifying Academy, Certification and Cybersecurity Services. Credits are awarded in accordance with the programme terms, conditions and eligibility criteria.
How are the anniversary credits applied?
Approved credits are applied towards eligible service fees in accordance with the programme terms and conditions.
The anniversary credits are applicable only to new service engagements or course registrations and cannot be applied to existing contracts, renewals, ongoing projects, or services already completed.

When do the credits expire?
For Management System Certification (MS) and Cybersecurity Services (CSS), eligible quotations must be issued and accepted by 31 December 2026. Services, including audits and assessments, must be completed by 31 December 2027. For Academy training programmes, eligible course registrations and training must be completed by 31 December 2027.
