This course will provide an introduction to the International Standards Organisation (ISO) 14040 and 14044, which promote environmental management through life-cycle assessment (LCA). Participants will gain insight into LCA principles and concepts, learn how to evaluate the environmental impacts of a product or process throughout its entire life cycle, and understand how to use the information to identify opportunities for improvement. The course will also cover key requirements of ISO 14040/44, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.By the end of this training session, participants should be able to assess the sustainability performance of their operations in accordance with ISO standards.
