Statistical process control (SPC) is a set of widely accepted tools used to control and assure the process and product quality meet customer’s requirements. With proper implementation and execution, this tool allows an organisation to effectively and efficiently maintain the desired quality level.
In addition, this is a mandatory measurement analysis technique in the automotive standard IATF 16949:2016.
This course enables participants to gain knowledge and understanding of SPC principle and concept to correctly use in their workplace, in order to achieve process stability.
