Rachel Ng is an experienced Auditor and Technical Lead (Food) at TÜV SÜD PSB. With over 16 years of industry experience in the food sector, she has conducted several audits based on different recognised Food Safety Management Systems for the food industries across multiple countries. Rachel also has worked in food sectors such as SME and MNC manufacturing, retail, and regulatory body. She is a technical committee member of the Singapore Food Standards Committee, and previously has been invited to speak at the launch of the SS444:2018 standard by the Singapore Manufacturing Federation.
