The FSSC 22000 standard is recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative and defines the requirements for a certifiable food safety management system (FSMS). The organisation fulfils the requirements of the applicable laws and standards (ISO 22000, prerequisite programmes of the ISO/TS 22002-X series of standards and additional FSSC 22000 requirements) as well as customer requirements.
