Special tools - Advanced NDT solutions

  • Detection of corrosion Under Insulation / Fireproofing using Pulsed Eddy Current testing (PECT).
  • Applicable for insulated tanks, pipelines, vessels, skirts, sphere legs etc.
  • Corrosion mapping using 3D Laser
  • Corrosion under support using short Range Ultrasonic Testing (SRUT)
  • Pipeline inspection using Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT).
  • Above Ground Storage Tank bottom plate testing using Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) testing and vacuum box.
  • Storage tank shell and roof Ultrasonic thickness measurement using Magnetic Crawler based tool.
