The facility is equipped to support the proliferation of IoT solutions with a lab to test and certify EMC, wireless and electrical and electronic safety while aiding in the rapid development of medical devices with its capabilities in biocompatibility and toxicology.

Our state-of-the-art facility supports complex testing services for IT and AV products, including environmental simulation, shock & vibration as well as temperature, humidity & altitude tests. Our electrical safety test facilities further test a majority of IT/AV products for global and national requirements as per standards such as IEC/EN 62368-1 and IEC/EN 60950.
With extensive years of experience, our experts can support your short-range mobile devices to long-range infrastructure equipment in gaining market access across multiple geographies. Our facility is equipped to test sophisticated & complex wireless products to support regulatory requirements of Bluetooth, WiFi, Short-Range Device (SRD) & cellular technologies. Our 10m Semi-Anechoic chamber further provides testing capabilities against multiple standards, including ETSI EN 300 386, IEC/EN 55032, IEC/EN 55035 and FCC.

Our state-of-the-art facility provides testing solutions for electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, qualification of different wireless technologies and environmental simulation of products in Household and Commercial application. This is facilitated by global and national accreditations, including Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), IECEE CB Testing Laboratory (CBTL), German Safety (GS) and more.
As part of its extensive product testing scope, the new lab features dedicated facilities for testing of active medical devices. Our 10m Semi-Anechoic chamber is designed and constructed to accommodate testing of complex medical products & devices, including CT & MRI machines, X-Ray equipment, and more. Our facility is further equipped to test against multiple regulatory standards, including EN/IEC 60601-1-2 and EN/IEC 60601-2. Our testing solutions are help cover the complete design and production cycle - from prototype testing to CB certification. Our expertise further includes testing solutions for biocompatibility, extractables & leachables, microbiology, sterilization and transport & simulation. With capabilities of handling high-risk Class III device testing, we serve as a hub for toxicological risk assessment and biological evaluation.
The lab supports the automotive industry to make products safer with its Automotive Component and Automotive Vehicle testing capabilities. These testing solutions are developed as per country regulations and as per the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) requirements. In addition, our in-house facilities will also be equipped for solutions including verification & validation, assessment, homologation, and Global Market Access (GMA) of Electronic Sub-Assemblies (ESA). This would be facilitated by TÜV SÜD’s dedicated GMA team, focused solely on managing compliance for global markets.
Our technical teams have expertise in National and International standards and can navigate through the regulatory requirements which luminaire testing and certification related bundled projects need to comply for local and global needs. The laboratory has multiple test equipments to test multiple Lamp & Luminaire samples simultaneously, thereby reducing project turn-around time.
The new facility is equipped with a 10m Semi-Anechoic EMC chamber, which is designed and constructed with a turn table size of 6.0m and a payload provision of 6000Kg which helps to accommodate more extensive products. The lab can also be used for verification, validation, engineering, and re-engineering activities other than compliance testing. The chamber is equipped to test against an extensive range of products and product categories including industrial equipment, household appliances, automotive vehicles and sub-assemblies, lighting and luminaries and more.
