These are also the guiding principles of the TÜV SÜD Code of Conduct, which forms the core of TÜV SÜD's compliance program.

The Code of Conduct contains short and concise explanations of the individual topics, in particular:

• Compliance with laws
• TÜV SÜD's responsibility for people and the environment
• Integral and legal conduct in business dealings
• Dealing with compliance notices and protecting persons providing notices
