The conference fee generally includes participation in the event, conference documents in digital form and catering.

If dinner, a supporting program and/or an excursion are included in the event, these are also included in the price.

No, as long as we are not fully booked, you can register at short notice. However, we recommend booking early to secure your place and benefit from favourable hotel rates.

You can cancel your registration free of charge up to two weeks before the event. After that, 100% of the registration fee will be charged. Please note that for organisational reasons, it is not possible to rebook conferences.

No, you will not receive a ticket. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with further information about the event. Upon registration, you will be registered under your name and company. Please provide both details at check-in.

Certificates of attendance will either be sent by email after the conference, handed out on site or provided on request.

The conference is usually rounded off with a customised accompanying program, e.g. evening events, excursions or guided tours. Participation in the additional activities is free of charge for conference participants. You will receive details by email approximately 14 days before the start of the event.

Most of our conferences are accompanied by a trade exhibition. You can find more information on the respective event page.

Your invoice will be sent on the last day of the event.
