We offer interested companies and institutions the opportunity to present their services and products in an accompanying exhibition. Meet decision-makers, executives and experts and use this platform to maintain contacts and acquire new customers.

The conference will take place in the 'Großer Saal' of the Holiday Inn - Stadtzentrum in Munich. With an area of approximately 520 m² and parliamentary seating, this venue is suitable for events of up to 300 people and is equipped with the latest conference technology. The exhibition area is located in the large foyer of the hall and in forums 4 and 5.

Exhibition Areas


The Foyer and Forums 4 and 5 provide an attractive setting for guests in the event area. The total size of these rooms is approximately 450 m². The foyer is used for check-in of conference participants. A circular buffet can be set up for guests in Forum 4 and 5.

Both rooms provide a suitable setting for the presentation of products and services to the professional audience.The optimal location of the exhibition areas between the entrance and the auditorium guides participants through the exhibition from the very beginning. The catering area for coffee and lunch breaks is also located there. During breaks, the participants will stay in the exhibition area.

All exhibitors are cordially invited to attend the evening event, where they can meet old contacts and make new ones. 

Booth Staff


You have the option of having your stand looked after by booth staff. If the person should also attend the conference, please advise us accordingly. All catering in breaks and at lunchtimes, and at evening events, is included for booth staff and participants.

Booth staff:
You will receive exhibitor information and are exclusively permitted to take part in the exhibition. Participation in the conference is not allowed (no entry to the lecture hall).

Participants:
You will receive conference documentation and are permitted to take part in both the  conference and the exhibition.

Set-Up and Dismantling

Set-up times vary depending on the event. Once you have registered, you will receive full details by email approximately two weeks before the event. Dismantling takes place after the conference.

Delivery by courier:
It is possible to deliver materials and large parts/exhibition pieces to a limited extent before the event. Delivery can only take place shortly before the conference. Please contact us for details. Contact details can be found on the conference website.
