Our national and international conferences focus on the latest technological and business hot topics in the industry. Note: The information on this page refers exclusively to conferences/exhibitions taking place on the premises of TÜV SÜD in Munich. All information on exhibitions in other venues can be found on the respective conference website.
The presentations will take place in the Marie Curie Hall. Depending on the event, the exhibition area will be located in the Albert Einstein, Max Planck, or Lise Meitner rooms. The exhibition areas are also used for breaks, including catering. This means that participants remain in the exhibition area and have the opportunity to visit the stands, gather information, and engage in interesting conversations during each break.

The fees include:
- Tables and chairs (depending on your requirements and the size of your exhibition stand)
- Electricity
Details on stand space and prices can be found on the registration form for the respective event.
You have the option of having your stand staffed by stand personnel only. If the stand attendants would also like to participate in the conference, please register them accordingly. Break and lunch catering, as well as the evening event, if applicable, are included for stand attendants and participants.
Setup times vary depending on the event. After registering, you will receive all the details by email two to three weeks before the event. Dismantling takes place after the respective conference.
For loading and unloading, you can stop directly in front of the entrance (Rüdesheimer Str. 10) in the no-stopping zone and unload your exhibits. We kindly ask you to then move your vehicle to the visitor parking lot as quickly as possible.
