HACCP Level 3 Training Program

This training program is structured to provide an overall understanding on HACCP standard requirements with the aid of tutor led sessions, interactions and relevant examples.

HACCP Level 3 training is a qualification aimed at supervisors & managers working or those preparing to work in Level 3 & maintenance of Food Safety Management System. And whose job requires them to have responsibility in developing and maintaining HACCP system. Candidates are likely to have management responsibilities for an operational team.

HACCP Level 3 course will be an ideal qualification for managers and supervisors in most high-risk or large food businesses. The qualification is aimed at food manufacturers, caterers and retailers. The aim of this qualification is to ensure that candidates have a knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles and how these may be applied to ensure food safety, particularly in relation to the establishment, Level 3 and maintenance of the HACCP system.

There will be a multiple choice exam at the end of the course


  • TÜV SÜD certificate of “Level 3 HACCP” will be issued to participants only after successful completion based on performance during the course and in written examination.
  • Others who have not successfully completed the course will be issued a certificate of attendance.
