Official Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) Assessment

The Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) was created in partnership with a network of leading technology companies, consultancy firms, and industry and academic experts. SIRI comprises a suite of frameworks and tools to help manufacturers – regardless of size and industry – start, scale, and sustain their manufacturing transformation journeys. SIRI covers the three core elements of Industry 4.0 (I4.0): Process, Technology, and Organization. 

Official SIRI Assessment (OSA) is established to support organisations in initiating their I4.0 transformation journey spanning across organisation, process and technology.

As 1 of the strategic partners with the World Economic Forum, TÜV SÜD has provided the OSA to more than 350 companies, both multinational corporations (MNCs) and small, medium enterprises (SMEs). A completion of the OSA presents 4 key outcomes for organisations:

• Understanding of I4.0 and its company specific applicability
• Using SIRI to identify I4.0 readiness level
• Prioritisation of focus areas
• Recognition of latest technologies

The 3-day programme is intended for organisations that are committed to achieving digital transformation.

Deliverables

Organisation will be issued a Certificate of Completion upon completing the programme. An official SIRI Assessment Report will be produced which includes an evaluation of the identified factory and a prioritisation exercise to identify high-impact areas..
