約旦Jordan：TRC公布2025年新版電信設備核准申請規範
2025年9月16日，約旦的電信監管委員會（TRC）發布了2025年第2號指令—「進口電信設備與通信裝置核准申請程序條件指引」
重點更新如下：
- 當地公司代表其他實體提交的新型式核准申請，有效期為一年
- 續展申請的有效期也為一年，自新證書簽發日起算
- 豁免產品清單擴大，新增以下項目：
- 無高功率射頻功能或組件的掃描器、投影機、資料顯示設備
- 無高功率無線通訊功能的筆記型電腦
- 外接周邊設備，例如無線滑鼠、無線鍵盤、無線耳機（Wi-Fi 或藍牙）、無線充電器、傳輸線材、空機殼、紅外線短距離遙控器、硬碟、儲存設備、GPS 導航器（只要不含高功率無線通訊功能）
- 用於製造的電子零組件，且不具任何無線通訊功能
Jordan: TRC Issues New Guidelines for Telecom Equipment Approval
On September 16, 2025, the Telecommunications Regulation Commission (TRC) of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan issued Instructions No. 2 of 2025, titled: “Conditions Instructions on Procedures for Obtaining Approval to Import Telecommunications Equipment and Communications Devices."
Key Updates Include:
- A 1-year validity period for new type approval applications submitted by local companies representing other entities.
- A 1-year validity period for renewal applications, counted from the issuance date of the renewed certificate.
- An expanded exemption list, now covering:
- Scanners, projectors, and data display equipment without high-power radio functions or components
- Laptops without high-power radio communication capability
- Peripheral devices, including wireless mice, keyboards, headsets (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth), wireless chargers, cables, cords, empty enclosures, short-range IR remote controls, hard drives, storage devices, and GPS navigators, provided they contain no high-power radio functionality
- Electronic components used in manufacturing, without any radio communication features
