烏克蘭政府於 2025 年 8 月 13 日 公布第 976 號法令，對原有的頻率分配計畫進行修訂。根據新規，自 2025 年 9 月 1 日 起，5945–6425 MHz 頻段 將正式納入「低功率無線電應用」（Low Power Radio Applications）範疇。

Ukraine: Opens 6 GHz Band for Low Power Radio
The Government of Ukraine issued Decree No. 976 on August 13, 2025, amending the national frequency allocation plan.
According to the new regulation, starting from September 1, 2025, the 5945–6425 MHz band will be officially included under the scope of Low Power Radio Applications.
