智利Chile：允許空調新舊認證標準過渡期並行使用

2025年6月24日，智利電氣與易燃物監督委員會（SEC）發布第32725號決議，宣佈在過渡期間內，空調設備可同時依據新版與舊版的安全及能源效率標準進行認證。

新版標準包括：

• 安全協議 PE N°1/26:2023
• 能源效率協議 PE N°1/26/2:2023

這兩項新協議已於 2025年6月30日 起正式生效。

舊版標準：

• 安全協議 PE N°1/26:2009
• 能源效率協議 PE N°1/26/2:2020

將繼續有效至 2026年4月30日。在此期間，製造商與進口商可自行選擇使用新或舊標準進行產品認證。

此外，因新版能源效率標籤模板尚未完成制定，依據新版能效標準所認證的產品，仍可繼續使用舊版能效標籤，直到新版樣式正式公布為止。

Chile: Allows Transition Period for Dual Use of Old and New AC Safety & Efficiency Protocols

On June 24, 2025, Chile’s Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels (SEC) issued Resolution No. 32725, allowing the coexistence of both old and new safety and energy efficiency protocols for air conditioning units during a transition period.

The new protocols are:

• Safety Protocol PE N°1/26:2023
• Energy Efficiency Protocol PE N°1/26/2:2023

These came into force on June 30, 2025.

The older versions:

• Safety Protocol PE N°1/26:2009
• Energy Efficiency Protocol PE N°1/26/2:2020

will remain valid until April 30, 2026. During this transition period, manufacturers and importers may choose either version of the protocols for product certification.

Additionally, since the new energy efficiency label template has not yet been finalized, products certified under the new energy efficiency protocol may continue using the old label format until the updated template is officially released.
