智利Chile：SUBTEL發布修正案，擴大設備自我聲明範圍

智利電信主管機構（SUBTEL）於2025年5月22日發布第737-EXEMPT號修正案，針對現行第1985-EXEMPT號決議中的短距離設備規範進行更新。該修正案將於2026年2月21日起正式生效。

根據新規定，僅有列載於737號修正案內的特定醫療設備需經SUBTEL審核與認證。其餘所有類型的短距離無線設備（例如藍牙、Wi-Fi等）將改為由製造商或進口商自行聲明（self-certification）合規性。

在此過渡期間，現行第1985-EXEMPT號決議的內容將持續適用，直至2026年2月20日止。

Chile: SUBTEL Issues Amendment Expanding Self-Certification for Devices

Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones (SUBTEL) in Chile issued Resolution 737-EXEMPT on May 22, 2025, updating the existing requirements outlined in Resolution 1985-EXEMPT for reduced-range wireless devices. The amendments will take effect on February 21, 2026.

Under the revised framework, only specific medical devices listed in Resolution 737-EXEMPT will continue to require prior SUBTEL approval. All other short-range wireless devices—such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi products—will transition to a self-certification regime managed by the manufacturer or importer.

Until then, the current provisions under Resolution 1985-EXEMPT will remain fully applicable through February 20, 2026.
