厄瓜多Ecuador：發布手持與可攜式電動工具技術法規

2024年9月27日，厄瓜多生產、對外貿易、投資與漁業部（MPCEIP）發布第MPCEIP-SC-2024-0395-R號決議，正式批准《手持式與可攜式電動工具技術法規》。

本法規適用於以下產品：

• 手持式圓鋸與桌上型手持式圓鋸
• 鋸片直徑不超過 315 公釐的半固定式桌鋸
• 往復鋸（曲線鋸與馬刀鋸）
• 木材切割用鏈鋸
• 手持式帶鋸，鋸帶長度不超過 2700 公釐、鋸輪直徑不超過 350 公釐的半固定式帶鋸
• 配有一個或多個強化黏合輪及金剛石切割片的手持式圓盤鋸
• 鋸片直徑不超過 350 公釐的半固定式斜切鋸
• 鋸片直徑不超過 315 公釐的半固定式組合鋸
• 半固定式與組合型桌上砂輪機
• 切割機、角磨機、直磨機、立式磨機與模具磨機
• 等等（本清單非完全列舉）

用於食品加工或醫療用途的電動鋸不在本法規涵蓋範圍內。

本法規規範了電動工具的合規要求、IEC 標準要求與標示要求。

該法規已於 2025年3月27日生效。惟經認可機構核發，符合RTE INEN 137:2014（修訂版）及RTE INEN 173:2016（第一修訂版）的合格證書或產品測試報告，仍可被接受至 2025年9月27日。

Ecuador: Issues Technical Regulation for Handheld and Portable Power Tools

On September 27, 2024, the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries of Ecuador issued Resolution No. MPCEIP-SC-2024-0395-R, officially approving the Technical Regulation for Handheld and Portable Power Tools.

This regulation applies to the following products:

• Handheld circular saws and table-mounted handheld circular saws
• Semi-stationary table saws with a blade diameter not exceeding 315 mm
• Reciprocating saws (including jigsaws and sabre saws)
• Chainsaws used for cutting wood
• Manual band saws, and semi-stationary band saws with a saw band length not exceeding 2700 mm and a wheel diameter not exceeding 350 mm
• Handheld disc saws equipped with one or more reinforced bonded wheels and diamond cutting blades
• Semi-stationary miter saws with a blade diameter not exceeding 350 mm
• Semi-stationary combination saws with a blade diameter not exceeding 315 mm
• Semi-stationary and combination-type bench grinders
• Cut-off machines, angle grinders, straight grinders, vertical grinders, and die grinders
• etc. (non-exhaustive list)

Electric saws used for food preparation/processing or medical purposes are excluded from the scope of this regulation.

The regulation establishes conformity requirements for power tools, IEC standard references, and labeling obligations.

It came into force on March 27, 2025. However, certificates of conformity or product test reports issued by recognized bodies in compliance with RTE INEN 137:2014 (Revised) and RTE INEN 173:2016 (First Revision) will continue to be accepted until September 27, 2025.
