阿根廷 Argentina：延後家電能效標籤與符合性標誌之實施時程（第26/2025號決議）

2025年2月25日，阿根廷經濟部工商秘書處發布第26/2025號決議，修訂第237/2024號決議中關於產品符合性標誌的截止日期，以及第438/2024號決議中家用電器能效標籤的相關規定。

根據新決議，第237/2024號決議所規定之符合性標誌的強制實施日期將延後至2025年10月1日。

第26/2025號決議自2025年2月25日公布當日起生效。

Argentina: Postpones Implementation of Conformity Mark and Energy Label Requirements (Resolution No. 26/2025)

On February 25, 2025, the Secretariat of Industry and Commerce under the Ministry of Economy of Argentina issued Resolution No. 26/2025, amending the deadlines established by Resolution No. 237/2024 regarding the mandatory conformity mark, as well as certain provisions from Resolution No. 438/2024 related to energy labeling for household appliances.

Under the new resolution, the enforcement date for the conformity mark stipulated in Resolution 237/2024 has been postponed to October 1, 2025.

Resolution 26/2025 came into effect upon its publication on February 25, 2025.
