1. 所有證書申請暫停受理：

2. 文件稽核與盡職調查要求強化：

• 所有證書展延申請需通過INACOM系統內部的真實性稽核，確認後方能提交
• 新申請案將由代理商進行完整的文件合規審查，未通過者將不予受理

3. LoA 授權書要求更新：

• 僅接受清楚且有效的授權書
• 不完整、過期、或無效日期的授權書將被自動退件

4. 證書展延資料需包含：

• 當地公司之正式名稱
• 有效且可驗證的稅號（TIN）

5. 預期延遲情況：

因2025年ANGOTIC活動期間影響，處理速度可能變慢，活動結束後將恢復正常流程。

The Instituto Angolano das Comunicações (INACOM) has implemented significant updates to the Type Approval process, effective immediately. These changes aim to increase transparency and prevent fraudulent practices.

Key updates include:

1. Temporary Suspension of Certificate Processing:

All pending certificate applications are temporarily suspended for internal due diligence.

2. Mandatory Due Diligence Checks:

• Renewal applications require verification of certificate authenticity within INACOM’s internal system
• New applications must be reviewed for document compliance by local agents before submission

3. Stricter LoA Requirements:

• Only clear and valid LoAs will be accepted
• Vague, expired, or incomplete LoAs will be automatically rejected

4. Renewal Submissions Must Include:

• The legal name of the local entity
• A valid and verifiable tax identification number (TIN)

5. Potential Delays During ANGOTIC 2025:

Regular processing will resume after the event concludes.
