Serbia: RATEL Issues Amendments to the Radio Frequency Band Usage Plan

On April 12, 2025, the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) of Serbia issued amendments to the Regulation on the Radio Frequency Band Usage Plan. The purpose of these amendments is to update Serbia’s radio spectrum allocation to reflect the latest technological developments and align with international standards.

Key updates include:

• Adding or adjusting the usage of specific frequency bands to support emerging communication technologies and services
