尼日：ARCEP發布新規定調整電子通訊產品認證要求
尼日電子通訊及郵政服務管理局（ARCEP）於2025年2月8日發布了行政命令第00010/MCP/EN/SG/DL號。
此行政命令的主要變更重點如下：
- 證書有效期限由原本的10年縮短為3年，但在2025年2月之前核發的證書仍維持10年效期不變
- 證書格式進行更新調整
- 認證申請費用進行調整
- 僅用於接收聲音廣播的攜帶型設備，以及用於國防與公共安全用途的設備，可豁免認證要求
本規定已自2025年2月起正式生效。
Niger: ARCEP Issues New Regulatory Order Adjusting Certification Requirements for Electronic Communications Products
On February 8, 2025, the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (ARCEP) of Niger issued Administrative Order No. 00010/MCP/EN/SG/DL.
The key points of this new regulation are as follows:
- The validity period of certificates has been shortened from 10 years to 3 years; however, certificates issued before February 2025 will retain the original 10-year validity
- The format of the certificates has been updated
- Certification fees have been changed
- Portable devices intended solely for the reception of audio broadcasts, as well as equipment used for defense and public safety purposes, are exempted from certification requirements.
This regulation has been in effect since February 2025.
