巴拉圭電信委員會（CONATEL）於2025年5月5日發布第1034/2025與第1035/2025號決議案，正式開放6 GHz 頻段（5925–6425 MHz）供 Wi-Fi 6E 使用，允許在特定條件下於室內與部分戶外環境中操作。
本次技術條件主要區分為三類設備：
1. 一般 Wi-Fi 6E 設備

所有類型設備皆須實施適當的共享機制與技術以避免干擾，確保頻譜有效利用。
On May 5, 2025, the National Telecommunications Commission of Paraguay (CONATEL) issued Resolution No. 1034/2025 and No. 1035/2025, officially authorizing the use of the 6 GHz band (5925–6425 MHz) for Wi-Fi 6E. Under this resolution, operation is permitted in specific indoor and limited outdoor environments, subject to defined technical conditions.
The technical requirements are categorized into three types of devices:
1. Standard Wi-Fi 6E Devices

All device types must implement appropriate mechanisms and techniques to enable efficient spectrum sharing and minimize interference.
