布吉納法索電子通信與郵政監管局（ARCEP）於2025年4月29日發布第2025-011/ARCEP/CR號決議，明訂使用於低功率、短距離設備所構成之無線電站的分類與使用條件。此決議亦將5945–6425MHz頻段納入WAS/RLAN（無線接取系統／無線區域網路）用途。

The Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) published Decision No. 2025-011/ARCEP/CR on April 29, 2025, defining the categories and usage conditions for stations composed exclusively of low-power, short-range devices. This decision includes the allocation of the 5945–6425 MHz frequency band for WAS/RLAN applications.
