玻利維亞：ATT證書效期從五年延長至十年

玻利維亞電信和運輸管理局（ATT）發布了ATT-DJ-RAR-TL LP 539/2024的新行政協議，旨在管理電信和ICT設備的註冊與認證。該決議於2024年11月6日發布，並於12月初正式公佈，取代了自2023年9月28日生效的舊規範 ATT-DJ-RAR-TL LP 443/2023。

新決議中最顯著的變化之一是延長了型式認證證書的有效期，從五年增加到十年。然而，需注意的是，這項延長並不具有追溯效力。在舊規範下簽發的五年期證書將繼續有效至其原定的到期日。只有根據 539/2024號決議簽發的證書才享有十年的延長有效期。

新決議已正式生效，所有正在進行中的設備認證申請需符合其更新後的條款要求。

Bolivia: Extension of ATT Certificate Validity from 5 to 10 Years

The Telecommunications and Transportation Authority of Bolivia (ATT) has introduced a new regulatory administrative resolution, ATT-DJ-RAR-TL LP 539/2024, aimed at governing the registration and homologation of telecommunications and ICT equipment. Issued on November 6, 2024, and officially published in early December, this resolution replaces the previous regulation, ATT-DJ-RAR-TL LP 443/2023, which had been effective since September 28, 2023.

One of the most notable changes in the new resolution is the extension of the validity period for homologation certificates, increasing it from five years to ten years.

It is important to note that this extension is not retroactive. Certificates issued under the previous 5-year rule will remain valid until their original expiration date. Only certificates issued under Resolution 539/2024 will benefit from the extended 10-year validity period.
