- 含有SIM/eSIM卡的智慧手錶
Morocco: New Type Approval Decision
The Agence Nationale de Réglementation des Télécommunications (ANRT) of Morocco published Decision No. 16-24 on January 20, 2025, regarding the type approval of radioelectric devices.
The new Decision includes the following updates:
- Sample requirement: ANRT may request two samples for testing after reviewing the technical documentation. If testing is required, ANRT reserves the right to retain the samples after testing.
- Processing Time: The lead time for type approval has been updated to 15 business days.
- Labeling Requirements: Labeling guidelines have been updated and apply to devices that have been granted a type approval certificate and an import permit. ANRT will soon publish an official label template, specifying the required label color.

- Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information: Any approved equipment with a transmission power exceeding 20 mW, used within 20 cm of the user, must display Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) information clearly and accessibly as a primary technical characteristic. This information must be presented on the device itself, the packaging, accompanying documents, or as an e-label. Additionally, SAR information must be prominently displayed in marketing materials, advertisements, and online sales listings. This requirement will come into effect on May 1, 2025.
