During the evaluation, TÜV SÜD verifies the sample’s compliance with selected regulatory requirements as well as additional selected quality parameters.

How is the product testing information made available?

The product evaluation programme and quality items tested under TÜV SÜD’s Product Testing Label are posted to a secure online platform for direct access by consumers. In addition, a quick response (QR) code is printed on product labels, enabling interested parties to use a smart phone and other scanning device to quickly access detailed information about the testing plan and schedule. Information posted to the online platform can be made available in any language. Currently project information are available in English, German, Chinese and Japanese.
